汇报对象:区域项目主任(深圳)
地点:深圳
持续时间:8-12 个月起,有继续留用机会
职责:
1、负责接待外来访客、管理物业、快递管理
2、支持办公室装修装修相关工作
3、支持主管维护办公环境
4、支持主管对办公设施的维护和维修管理
5、支持主管对办公用品和办公文件进行综合管理
6、处理日常行政事务及主管安排的其他工作
要求:
1、本科及以上学历,了解接待礼仪;
2、熟悉办公软件;
3、具有良好的团队合作能力,较强的组织协调能力,良好的人际关系管理能力;
4、有高度的责任感

Position: Consultant (admin)
Report to: Regional Program Head (Shenzhen)
Location: Shenzhen
Duration: 8-12 months, with possible extension
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving external visitors, managing the property, and express delivery management
2. Support office decoration and renovation related work
3. Support the supervisor for the maintenance of the office environment
4. Support the supervisor the maintenance and repair management of office facilities
5. Support the supervisor for comprehensive management of office supplies and office documents
6. Handle daily administrative affairs and other tasks arranged by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above, understand basic reception skill;
2. Familiar with office software.
3. Have good teamwork skills, strong organization and coordination skills, and good interpersonal relationship management.
4. Have a high sense of responsibility
