Title: Officer, Brand and Communications(专员,品牌传播)

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications

Location: Shenzhen

 

Function:

The Officer, Brand & Communications will be responsible for delivery and promotion of all fundraising activities/events and the recognition of funders/fundraisers, be able to deliver effective communications across multi social media platforms, will also have experience of managing fundraising events and developing and assuring the quality of communications products under fundraising and communication strategy.

 

Main Responsibilities:

     Support the designing, coordinating and implementation of the communication Strategy for fundraising.

     Implement the day-to-day program communication plan.

     Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors.

     Help to initiate and develop new ideas of fundraising events/campaigns, and coordinate with other actions.

     Support to develop and manage media channels and relationship.

     Develop and deliver integrated communications plans for fundraising across PR, advertising, direct marketing, digital and social media.

     Build effective proposals and delivering strong presentations to potential funders.

     Support to develop and implement branding strategy of OPF.

     Timely prepare and deliver documentations and reports related to program communication

     Maintain a good communications and interactions with other department within PEPD and keep good and smoothly communication with teams of OPF

     Other tasks allocated by the Head of Brand & Communication Department.

 

Working Relationship:

     Internal:  supervised by the line manager, also work closely with practices and other members of PEPD, other OPF colleagues.

     External:  Regular interactions with media partners, related agencies, other NGOs, etc.

 

Qualifications:

     University degree or above, in media, journalism, communications, conservation or related field.

     Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in related field relevant to this position.

     Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

     Good competence in partnership development, communications, marketing /corporate and public relations communications.

     Knowledge of fundraising.

     Good current understanding of OPF and environmental conservation issues.

     Excellent ability to work cross-culturally.

     Excellent inter-personal skills, and team work skills including ability to internal communication, open mind strategic think, self-motivated and innovative and meet deadlines.

     Proactive, innovative and output-oriented personality.

通过制定和执行综合传播计划,支持跨公关、广告、市场营销和社交媒体的筹款活动。

制定传播方案,并展示给潜在的捐赠者。

支持一个地球品牌战略的制定和实施。

及时准备和提交与项目传播相关的文件和报告。

PEPD 内的其它部门保持良好的沟通和互动,并与一个地球的其他团队保持良好和顺畅的沟通。

品牌与传播部负责人分配的其他任务。

 

工作关系:

内部:由直线经理管理,实际工作中,还会和PEPD 的其他成员、一个地球的其他同事密切合作。

外部:与媒体合作伙伴、相关机构、非政府组织等定期互动。

 

应聘条件:

大学或以上学历,媒体、新闻、传播、保护或相关领域。

至少2 年与该职位相关的相关领域的工作经验。

优秀的中文和英语写作能力与沟通能力。

在伙伴关系发展、沟通、个人捐赠及企业和公共关系沟通方面具有良好的能力。

有公益慈善筹款知识。

了解一个地球自然基金会和环保知识;

出色的跨文化工作能力。

优秀的人际交往能力和团队合作能力,包括内部沟通能力、开放的战略思维能力、自我激励和创新能力,以及按时完成任务的能力。

积极主动、创新和输出导向的个性。
